Nokia buys Symbian and makes it open source

Nokia has bought Symbian. Nokia is the world leader in the mobile industry. We have kept on hearing new buzz abou Google Android and Apples iPhone we have frogotten about Nokia. Working with Nokia are AT&T, LG, Samsung, STMicroelectronics, Texas Intruments and Vodaphone. Nokia already had a large number of shares of Symbian but has now bought more to make them in control.
We see that Apple is now releasing their iPhone in 70 other countries. Also that Google`s Android will be released soon and is probably going to be a big hit. Therefore Nokia decided to become a part of the fight for the users favorite mobile OS.
