Disable Shortcut Icon Arrow in Windows Vista

In Windows Vista the shortcut icons have arrows over them. If you are someone that cares about their computers appearance then making the arrow less noticeable or even getting rid of it would make your day.
First you need to download a program from Frameworkx.com which will allow you to remove the arrow or change its style.
