A Peek At Firefox Mobile
Firefox Mobile has been developing since October, and now we can take a quick peek on how it will be. In the video Aza Raskin, is trying out a concept for user navigation for Firefox Mobile. There are some great new features in the way a user ca navigate. Even though it is not multi-touch, it is built for touchscreen devices. You scroll through by flicking your finger, similar to the iPhone. Understanding that it is very hard to type on a mobile device Firefox Mobile has some built in commands at the bottom of the page. Like Digg This, Search Google, Send E-Mail, Map This, etc.
The page will take up the whole screen until you move the page which will show your controls like Back, Forward, Bookmark, and Page Info. You can "throw" a page and zoom out which will show you all your open tabs and pages. The tabs and pages will be arranged in thumbnails, similar to the Expose on Apple computers. You add a new tab or page by selecting a big plus sign.

There is still a long way to go for mobile browser. I think that Apple is the one that really thought about the easiest way to navigate for a users. I think that Mozilla will do a good job, they have the best browser for computers and i hope to see their mobile browser to be the same.
