My motherboard`s ethernet adapter doesn`t work

Hi My motherboard`s intergrated ethernet adapter does not work.My motherboard is ECS nForce 570 SLIT-A (v5.1).I tried using another adapter and it works perfectly.Other people have said that after upgrading to 64 bit operating systems it works.

You should upgrade because

You should upgrade because aplications are starting to convert to 64 bit plus performance is better.
