Was Vista worth releasing
I know that Microsoft will release Windows 7 next year but was wondering was Vista worth releasing? We still could of just lived with XP for two more years.Plus most of the issues would be better resolved.However i applaude their fixes with Service Pack 1.If you have Vista but don`t have the Service Pack then mercy on your soul.

I feel the same way but since they already spent time and money that it
would be a waste not to release it. Also two years is somewhat a long
time.
Personally I hate Vista. For the average computer user, there are hardly any benefits to opting for Vista over XP other than some flashy graphics. What you're really getting is a headache as the majority of computers out there now run Vista so badly. What's worse are these computers that are labelled as 'Vista Capable' yet are barely able to run it. I should mention I haven't used Vista since Service Pack 1 was released so I don't know how many of these issues were resolved. But honestly XP's a great OS and it's still got more than a couple of good years left.
Yeah alot of people tend to switch back to XP.
