You can add emphasis to a Word document by using Drop Caps.  Drop  Caps is when the first letter of a paragraph is really big.

To start select the paragraph that you want to have a Drop  Caps. Then select the insert tab on the ribbon. Under the text group you should see Drop Cap. 

If you go back to the Drop Cap menu you will see a Drop Cap options selection. this allows you to change the font and size.

Today we will learn how to insert an audio file into a Word document with Word 2007.

First click on the Insert tab. Then click on the Object button from the Text group.

From the object window select the create from file tab. Then go to the location of the file. You can choose to display it as an icon or a link to the file.

If you want to open Office 2007 files with office 2000, XP, or 2003, then you need to download the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack. So now if you get a Office 2007 file you can open and edit it. It does llimit some function but overall works pretty well.
