How to Remove WildTangent

WildTanget is a program is not removed by a simple uninstall.You can either remove it by following the directions below or you can download the automatic uninstaller

• First go to your Control Panel.Then click on Add/Remove Programs
• Then select Wildtanget and select the uninstall option.Then follow the uninstalltion proccedure.
• Then run HijackThis and remove this line if it exists.

*You might have to remove the that live using HijackThis if you get this message

Removing WildTanget from the control Panel

• Go to Start-->Run and type REGEDIT and hit enter
• Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-->SOFTWARE-->Microsoft-->Windows-->CurrentVersion-->Control
  Panel-->Cpls
• Then you should see "wtcontrolpanel" ,right click and delete it

Removing WildTangnet from Windows

• Open My Computer and click on the "C:" drive
• Then go to Program Files
• If you see a folder named WildTangnet right click it and delete it.
• Then go back to your "C:" drive and go to "Windows"
• If you see a folder named "WT" ,right click and delete it
