Everytime you delete a file that goes to the recycle bin you are asked a confirmation. Well i will show you how you can disable that confirmation dialog

First Right click on the Recycle Bin and select Properties

Then remove the check from the box called Display delete confirmation dialog and click Apply and OK

In Windows Vista the shortcut icons have arrows over them. If you are someone that cares about their computers appearance then making the arrow less noticeable or even getting rid of it would make your day.

First you need to download a program from Frameworkx.com which will allow you to remove the arrow or change its style.
