How to Disable User Account Control (UAC) in Vista

I have been using Vista for the past two weeks and have to admit that the User Account Control "feature" is very annoying.However disabling will make your computer less secure.

• First go to your control panel
• Then go to the search box and type in UAC (if you use this method you cannot be using classical view)If you want to disable it in classical view got to "User accounts"
• Now you will see the option to "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off"

• Then on the following screen uncheck the box that says"Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer" and click OK

• Then restart your computer
