In a previous article i showed you how to backup your data using Vista.Now I will show you how to restore those files back.Go to the Start Menu and type "restore" in the search box.Then click on Backup and Restore Center.

How to restore files

Hit Restore Files ,And it will ask you whether you would like to restore from a updated one or the old restore files.

In the Restore files section you will have two options you can either Restore files or restore computer.

Then click next and you will now have to select the files and folders you wish to backup.In the upper right corner of the window you will see he option to Add files,Add folders,and Search.After you done selecting the files you want to backup hit Next.

It will now ask you where you want to restore the files and folders.You can choose either the same location or change it to a new one.

It willl tell you when the restoration has been completed.
