Sometimes you are looking for a file that cannot be seen.In other words the file is hidden.Windows makes this your default settings.This is done so you done delete or modify it important system files.However Viruses and other harmful files may be hidden as well.You can easily view those files by following this article.

First go to the start menu and click on control panel

In the control pannel choose classical view.Now you should see and Icon titles "Folder Options"

Now a new window should pop up.In this window select the tab "View"

Now you will see a list of files that you can view.You will see a group called "Hidden Files and Folders".Under this group choose the option "Show Hidden Files and Folders".

Then you should apply your new settings.

You are now availible to see hidden files and folders on your computer.
