How to start Windows in Safe Mode

Using the F8 Method
When you start your computer in safe mode the Operating System loads the essentials that is requiered for it to work.Safe Mode lets you trouble shoot and run tests on your computer.
Using the F8 Method
- First restart your computer
- When you see your hardware being listed or your computer`s BIOS repeatedly press F8 util you get to a screen that will be called Windows Boot Options or Advanced Options.
- Using the arrow keys, select Safe Mode and hit enter
- When you done doing what you have to do restart your computer and it will switch back to normal mode.
Using the System Configuration Tool
- Go to the start menu by pressing the start button in the lower-left corner
- In the search box
type in msconfig and press enter - The System Configuration utility will start
- Then click on the Boot tab.Under the group Boot Options you should will see Safe mode. Check the Box next to it and press apply.
- Then you will be asked whether you want to restart your computer now or later.
- When you want to return to normal mode go back to the System Configuration Utility and uncheck Safe Mode and hit Apply.
